Been trying to fiddle with the admin settings and whatnot...
I can't find for the life of me the options that actually let me change a post into a sticky.
Can't even make a new post as a sticky...

maaya, whenever u post start a post, below were u type ur message is a panel that says options, u might have to drop it down if it isnt alrdy, but in there is were u can get to sticky the topic

Stupid Options section was collapsed/minimized.
That explains why I couldn't see it anywhere.
